  4. Jan 29,  · I have a special liking for this jungle collection because it perfectly captures the "missing link" d'n'b that was just starting to morph into more "modern" jungle versus old school rave tracks. The Best of Acid series is only for people who really, REALLY, like the (and unfortunately, was stolen when during a smash 'n grab here)/5(30).
  5. Another wonderful collection for the Disney music fan! Although this is like the fourth time I have bought this soundtrack it is always wonderful to get new tracks and better versions then the other CD releases. I hope they continue these releases. With the 10 or so that are /5(24).
  6. The Cd is a bit uneaven and gets a little slow in the middle, but well worth it for the following songs: Native Love (my favorite track by far!), Jungle Fever (I could do without the added sound effects), Beachcomber Song, Rum and Coca-Cola, Bongo Twist, Karate Again (instramental), Woman Needs Man (silly but fun banana song), Cubalibr /5(3).
  7. Jungle is to be taken as a complete statement, and one that seems to reveal its nuances with repeat listens. The details of bandmember identities and backgrounds quickly become extraneous in light of the wealth of intriguing sounds presented on this incredibly well-constructed debut.
  8. The mix delves through the band's personal collection of leftfield-pop, deep house, modern jazz, Afro-funk and symphonic soul. From bedroom studio duo to talent-filled seven-strong live collective, Jungle - led by Josh Lloyd-Watson and Tom McFarland - shot to success in with their self titled debut album/5(9).
